By accessing and using Plenaria ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and functionality of this Platform are the intellectual property of the Centre for Multidisciplinary Research, Innovation and Collaboration (C-MRiC). (C) 2026+. All rights reserved.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: academic peer review and conference management.

4. Author Obligations

Authors submitting papers certify that:

• The work is original and has not been submitted elsewhere simultaneously (unless explicitly permitted).
• All co-authors have consented to the submission.
• The work does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Reviewer Obligations

Reviewers agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all submitted papers and review content.
• Declare and abstain from reviewing papers where a conflict of interest exists.
• Provide objective, constructive, and timely reviews.
• Not share, reproduce, or use any portion of submitted manuscripts without permission.

6. Data Privacy

The Platform collects personal data (name, email, affiliation) necessary for its operation. This data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable). Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for conference operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

C-MRiC provides this Platform "as is" without warranty of any kind. C-MRiC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Modifications

C-MRiC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
